Study on Bibliotherapy Program for Healthy Anger Resolving Power of Elementary School Children

Abstract
The objective of this study was to develop the group-bibliotherapy program for Healthy Anger Resolving Power of elementary school children. The program was designed to help children understand and express their feelings, to regulate control their anger and to resolve their anger. The Procedures, utilizing bibliotherapy as its primary mode of intervention, included 13 110-minute sessions for children, and 5 110-minute sessions for parents. The process of activities used a variety of counseling and teaching strategies that have been shown to be effective in promoting social-emotion learning, anger management and catharsis, insight, Instillation of practice, etc. These techniques included music therapy, play therapy, art therapy, and theraplay, etc. These results suggest that the multi-faceted bibliotherapy approach as designed in this study is effective in promoting anger management and resolving their anger.
